Order
Where is my order?
You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Note that although tracking numbers are sent when the order has been packaged for shipment, tracking information does not start to update until the package has arrived at the processing center. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 3pm Madrid Time (CET) Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after the 3pm Madrid Time (CET) cutoff will ship the next business day. Nocflor does not ship on weekends or postal holidays. Orders that include out-of-stock items are held until all items are in stock.
How old do I have to be to order from NocFlor?
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from Dame Products. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Absolutely. The packaging we use for this product is completely discreet — it will show up in a plain brown box.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

How do I change my shipping or billing address?
If you notice your shipping or billing address is incorrect after placing your order, please email info@nocflor.com.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Please note, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products. To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please send us an email at info@nocflor.com to alert us of the damage (a photo is always helpful).
When can I expect my refund?
Once a refund is issued, funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 3-10 business days.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out at info@nocflor.com, with a detailed description of the issue, and photos.
What if I bought my product from another website, retailer, or store?
Purchases made with other vendors are subject to those vendors’ policies. Other vendors’ policies will vary. Always review a vendor’s return policy before purchase.

Where are your toys made?
All of our vibrators are manufactured in China. We maintain a strong partnership with our suppliers. Our engineering team personally visits these facilities multiple times annually to ensure that their operations are conducted in a manner that is safe, ethical, and respects environmental standards.
Are your products safe?
Yes. All of our products are subjected to comprehensive and stringent testing processes. We utilize 100% platinum-grade silicone (REACH compliant / EU standards) in our devices. All lubricants are approved in accordance with Spanish regulatory standards, and our body products adhere to both the European Union Cosmetics Regulation and the standards set forth by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).
