We recommend charging Neko after every use for optimal life span.

Can i use Neko with lubricant?

Yes, we recommend using spot with organic lubricant, warming lubricant, or any other water-based lubricant of your choice. Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants as it will degrade your device's silicone exterior.

Is Neko waterproof?

Neko is water-resistant and can be used in the shower and bath. The device should not be fully submerged.

Usage

Button Functions:

The device has two buttons on the body, each controlling one of the two vibration functions, top and bottom respectively.
Power on: Press and hold a button for two seconds to turn on the function in standby mode (the button light stays on in standby mode).
Press the button briefly to activate the respective function and to change frequency (both vibration functions can be activated simultaneously).
Power off: After use, press and hold the button used to power on, to turn off the function.
Remote control: Once the device is in standby mode, the frequency can be adjusted directly using the remote control.
When the device is turned off, the remote control automatically enters sleep mode.

Before Use:

Please charge the product before first use. Insert the provided USB charging cable correctly into the product's charging port, then you can choose to use a computer USB port or a mobile phone charger with a USB port for charging. The product's indicator light will blink during normal charging; it will stay on when the battery is fully charged.
The product should be cleaned properly before use. You can wipe the part to be used with warm water or a specialized cleaning agent and gently dry it with a dry towel.
Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant on the device or body to achieve a healthy and pleasant effect.

After Use:

After each use, please rinse with warm water and antibacterial soap, then wash off with clean water. Do not soak the entire device for cleaning.
